Financial Will

The Financial Will is a legal document that gives specific instruction for the distribution of your assets. You decide who your executors and guardians to your children will be. If you do not have a will, the court will direct the distribution of your assets according to the Intestate Succession Act (Chapter 146)

 

Drawing up a will does not have to be expensive. It is more important for you to decide for yourself than let the court decide for you.
