Financial Will Writing Services

The Financial Will is a legal document that gives specific instruction for the distribution of your assets. You decide who your executors and guardians to your children will be. If you do not have a will, the court will direct the distribution of your assets according to the Intestate Succession Act (Chapter 146)

Drawing up a will does not have to be expensive. It is more important for you to decide for yourself than let the court decide for you.

4 Benefits of Writing a Will

1. Controls Distribution

Without a Financial Will, Singapore's intestacy laws dictate how your assets are distributed. This might not align with your wishes, especially if you have a complex family situation or specific beneficiaries in mind.

3. Appoint Guardians

If you have minor children, a Will allows you to name appoint a guardian that you prefer to care for them after you are gone.

2. Minimise Disputes

A clear Financial Will reduces the chances of disagreements and legal battles among your loved ones over your estate.

4. Business Succession

For business owners, outline your vision for leadership transition. Do you wish to pass the business to a family member, or key employee? Specify preferred options and potential candidates.
