Digital Will Writing Services

In this digitalised age, most of us own multiple digital assets such as social accounts from various social media accounts and digital currencies on multiple platforms. In most cases, it is difficult to retrieve access to them, for one due to the sheer amount of accounts we might have.

Let The Life Legacy (TLL) assist you in sorting them out by writing up a Digital Will for you so you can rest assured your digital assets are terminated or made accessible when the time comes.

4 Benefits of the
Digital Will

1. Autonomy and Control

A will for digital assets ensures that there is a clear plan for who will inherit your online accounts, digital currencies, and other electronic possessions. This helps avoid confusion and disputes among heirs regarding who gets access to what.

3. Protection of Digital Privacy

By specifying how your digital assets should be managed, you can ensure that sensitive information is handled in accordance with your privacy preferences, reducing the risk of unauthorised access or misuse.

2. Preservation of Digital Legacy

Digital assets, such as personal blogs, social media profiles, or creative works, can hold significant sentimental or financial value. A will ensures that these assets are preserved and passed on according to your wishes, allowing you to leave a complete and meaningful legacy.

4. Access Management

Digital assets often require specific access credentials and instructions. A will can provide detailed guidance on how to access and manage these assets, ensuring that your digital accounts are handled according to your wishes.

Why Choose The Life Legacy?

We understand that managing digital assets can be complex. The Life Legacy is here to guide you through the process. We'll first provide a clear explanation of digital asset wills.
